We have a range of meditation, yoga, yin, Slow flow, stretch classes, somatic therapy, pilates, qi gong, sound healing, yoga nidra, breath work, healing, affirmations, prenatal yoga and meditations, self care rituals and more.
There are a range of beginners and intermediate classes. The pace at The Self Care Space is slow and mindful. This is not the place to learn how to handstand or get upside down. This space is about slowing down and tuning in.
When you sign up to become a member, you will be sent a welcome email with details of how to access The Self Care Space — inside the library you will find access to the private community.
You can cancel the rolling monthly membership at anytime in your account. The 12 month membership can be canceled anytime, you will still have access for the full period.
