The most wonderful thing about The Self Care Space is that it feels like a complete wellness space - more holistic than other platforms. The yoga is not about exericse, it's about yoga as a holistic window to wellness. I also love how varied the sessions are in content and length. It makes wellness seem achievable no matter your schedule. I love what you have created!!
I never knew the importance of someone “holding space” for you until I had did one of Phoebe's classes. Before the session I felt dark and heavy but at the end I felt light and positive. She is a truly beautiful soul and I would recommend her healing to anyone. So grateful to have connected with you, thank you Phoebe!
Thank you so much Phoebe for your amazing yin yoga class. It allowed me to unblock emotions that I have stored for years in particular in my gallbladder area. I allowed myself to have a really good cry during the practice & let it all bubble to the surface, this is something I've wanted to do for a long time but haven't felt able to. wonderful.
Thank you for your meditation on our inner child... haven’t realised I needed this so badly. Lots of healing and acknowledgement needed on this and also grieving which I haven’t allowed myself enough after both of my parents passed away in my late teens/ early twenties. Thank you for all your love and support dear phoebe!
