Meet Phoebe

Phoebe Greenacre is a holistic therapist, somatic movement therapist, and business coach, blending healing and entrepreneurship to help women create soul-aligned lives. She specialises in somatic therapy, coaching, yoga, and meditation, guiding clients to regulate their nervous systems and build sustainable well-being practices.

Her yoga teaching journey began at Yoga London, where she completed her 200-hour vinyasa flow training, followed by a 300-hour advanced yoga teacher training with the Embodied Flow School of Yoga. Her passion for movement as a tool for emotional healing led her to complete a 200-hour Somatic Movement Therapy certification under Dr. Scott Lyons and Myra Avedon. She has since expanded her expertise to include Conscious Connected Breathwork and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).

Before stepping into the wellness world, Phoebe earned a Bachelor of International Business and Japanese and spent a decade in corporate marketing. Now, she combines her business acumen with holistic healing, empowering women to break free from the 9-5 and build freedom-led businesses.
